Dr. Kesarwani has been serving the population of East Toronto in the full scope of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Toronto East General Hospital for over 35 years. His practice has shifted to Cosmetic Surgery of the breast and body, with special interest in surgery after massive weight loss, aesthetic and functional breast surgery, and body contouring and rejuvenation. He is a leader in techniques of fat transfer and abdominoplasty.
