• Non-urgent referrals may take about 2 months to get an appointment.
• Urgent referrals take less than 2 months to get an appointment.
• Time to Treat lung cancer program referrals take about 2 weeks for an appointment.

Urgent physician to physician e-consults/telephone consults are available for referring providers (specialists and family physicians) who are registered with Michael 九游体育鈥檚 Hypercare texting app.

To submit a physician to physician telephone referral:

1. Call the number you were given after you joined SCOPE.
2. Push 5 for MGH and 3 for Nurse Navigator.
3. Give the following patient information for billing purposes: Patient Name, Date of Birth, Health Card number
