The Community Partner of Distinction Award recognizes an individual, team or organization for their exemplary contribution to creating health and building community.
This award recognizes that to create health and generate wellbeing is not the job of the hospital alone and we work closely with patients, caregivers, partners, residents and our community through formal and informal partnerships. We believe our collective perspectives, knowledge and skills can achieve a greater impact than working in isolation. The Community Partner of Distinction Award is presented each year to an individual, team or organization that works closely with the Toronto East Health Network and has shown significant advancement of the health care system in collaboration with others.
