The Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Clinics provide expert clinical management, self-care education and ongoing support for individuals with a variety of endocrinology-related conditions.
Our core team consists of endocrinologists and Certified Diabetes Educators (CDEs) who may be either registered nurses or registered dietitians. We also enlist help from social workers and pharmacists.

We consult other physician specialties as needed including cardiologists (for the heart), ophthalmologists (for the eyes), nephrologists (for the kidneys), neurologists (for nerves) and infectious disease specialists (for infections and ulcers).
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to register at Patient Registration (located on M1). See our hospital campus map for help with wayfinding.
Please bring your health card, current medications and glucometer device.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call our Outpatient Booking Line at 416-469-6580 ext. 6031 at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to schedule another patient into your slot. Please note, any late cancellations or no shows may require a new referral to be seen by a specialist.
